We will attempt to connect customers with multiple service businesses and professionals who will compete for your business. We cannot guarantee service business and professionals credentials.

YouRequire.com LLC provides a service that allows service consumers to post projects in order to obtain bids and quotes from service businesses and professionals.
YouRequire.com LLC may not always be able to connect your service request(s) with service businesses and professionals. We do not guarantee the quality or the credentials of the service businesses and professionals who receive and respond to your project posting. As YouRequire.com LLC is a conduit for matching buyers with service businesses and professionals, we are not responsible for any transaction that may occur between you and/or your company and a YouRequire.com LLC participating service business and/or professional. YouRequire.com LLC does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the information provided or the products and services sold. YouRequire.com LLC is not responsible for the relationship or any transactions between the Customer and the Service Professional or Business. YouRequire.com LLC is not responsible if either party misrepresents themselves, therefore, due diligence is recommended before a purchase of a product or service is made. You should exercise as much caution as you would typically exercise with any purchase of products or services.
Should you have a dispute with any supplier, you must address such dispute with the supplier directly. You hereby agree to release YouRequire.com LLC (and our employees and agents) from any and all damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and your transactions with service businesses and professionals.

2. YOUR USE OF YOUREQUIRE.COM LLC SERVICES
Your Use of the Service – YouRequire.com LLC’s sole role is to connect customers with potential service businesses and professionals for purchase. Customers decide whether to purchase from any of these service businesses and professionals. By Posting a Project, you agree that YouRequire.com LLC and our service businesses and professionals may contact you. You should only use the Project Posting service if you have legitimate purchasing needs.

YouRequire.com LLC enables consumers to initiate transactions for the purchase of products or services. However, YouRequire.com LLC is not the supplier of such products or services, nor is it a third party to any transactions involving such products or services. YouRequire.com LLC matches PROJECT POSTING(s) from consumers to participating service businesses and professionals.
If it is determined or suspected by YouRequire.com LLC in its sole discretion that you are misusing or attempting to misuse or circumvent the YouRequire.com LLC services or system, or are using or attempting to use it for any inappropriate purposes, including but not limited to activities such as hacking, fraud, or spamming, YouRequire.com LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate your access without notice and to commence legal actions or proceedings to seek remedies and/or damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, repairs, legal fees, costs and expenses, and to seek injunctions or other equitable remedies.
Consumers – Companies or private parties requesting a quote for services- You agree that by completing a PROJECT POSTING, you are entering into an agreement with YouRequire.com LLC and a business relationship with YouRequire.com LLC's service businesses and professionals and thus agree to be contacted by YouRequire.com LLC and its service businesses and professionals. You acknowledge that these service businesses and professionals can contact you regarding your PROJECT POSTING(s) and that you are expressly consenting to such contact by them, or YouRequire.com LLC if necessary, to fulfill such PROJECT POSTING via phone, fax, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses. These contacts are necessary to provide the services set forth on our site, to service your account, to reasonably address matters pertaining to your account or for other reasonable purposes related to our business.
YouRequire.com LLC will attempt to provide up to 7 (seven) quotes; however, we are not responsible if you do not receive quotes from all seven companies or if less than seven companies meet your criteria.
It is agreed that your use of YouRequire.com LLC services is for purchasing purposes and not for any other purpose including competitive intelligence. You acknowledge that YouRequire.com LLC screens your PROJECT POSTING(s) and has the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to deny any PROJECT POSTING that is in violation of these terms and conditions.
Service Professionals & Business providing a product or service-YouRequire.com LLC will attempt to provide each Project Posting to 7 (Seven) different Premium Member Service Professionals within the consumer selected Service SubCatagory Directory and Zip Code.
YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUREQUIRE.COM LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT THE QUALITY AND NUMBER OF POSTED PROJECTS PROVIDED TO OUR PREMIUM AND BASIC SERVICE PROFESSIONAL MEMBERS.
You agree that you will respond to the request for a quote within two business days of receiving the request. That you will consider the information for the requestor as confidential and will not discuss the information out side your company unless as it directly relates to providing the quote. You will not receive quotes under one product or service only to cross sell a different product or service.
You agree to any annual maintenance fees and pre-authorization of credit card charges for any fees and monthly charges.
You are responsible for contacting YouRequire.com within 3 (three) days of a change in credit cards. If your credit card is rejected for any reason, including not enough funds, the service will stop until the credit card is changed or can be charged.
You agree that each month your credit card may be charged for the monthly membership fee.
YouRequire.com LLC is not responsible of the email alert of a Project Posting if not received. This includes blocking of emails from Spam filters, email hosting company filters, internet service provider email filters, corporate email filters, internet failure or delay in email, etc.
Member Account, Security and Password- If any of the products or services available to you on this website requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You may be asked to choose a username and/or password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify YouRequire.com LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. YouRequire.com LLC will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by YouRequire.com LLC or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

3. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
Information You Provide to Us – You will be asked to provide information regarding your purchase requirements and contact information to allow service businesses and professionals to respond to your Request for Quotes. The information you provide us must be complete and accurate. This information will be sent to matching service businesses and professionals who will need this information to respond to you. You agree to only complete a PROJECT POSTING for yourself or another person who has authorized you to share his or her contact information. You promise that all information you provide will be accurate, current and truthful to the best of your knowledge. If you provide any information that is untrue, not current or incomplete, or YouRequire.com LLC has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, YouRequire.com LLC has the right to refuse you any current or future use of the YouRequire.com LLC services. You are responsible for any use of the YouRequire.com LLC services by persons to whom you intentionally or negligently allow access to your password. Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions indicates that you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. YOUR USE OF YOUREQUIRE.COM LLC CONTENT
